You have to do exactly this: to write what You do normally in Your activity of Bed and Breakfast's Innkeeper.It's enough to write a post for a week and in a short time You'll have a huge collection of postings about your area, all attracting search engines and people leading them to you and your B&B.
There are many positive effects to wirete Your blog,like for example the fact that search engines favor fresh content and a blog is an easy way to continually provide fresh content.The search engines favor one topic per page, and it's in this way how blog content is often arranged.In Your blog never write about negative things, but only about good things to do, see, taste, and explore in your area.
In Your blog insert the links to the restaurant, museum,etc. that you are reviewing in your post if they have a website.

How much can I earn with a bed and breakfast? Consider that the hypothetical bed and breakfast has one bedroom with bathroom. I made an average of the prices considereding high, medium and low season.
60 euro is the medium price.
If the bed and breakfast is filled for a quarter of the year, about 90 days: 90 days x EUR 60, we get 5400 euros.
If the bed and breakfast is filled for a half of the year we get 10800 euro.
We have to think that ,generally,the costs to manage a bed and breakfast are about 20% of the earnings.
